Inspired by my southern Italian origins where every day starts with a savory and sweet pastry treat, I wanted to bring some of that tradition to the Chicagoland area. Along with being a mom, BAKING has always been one of my passions, even before moving to the States from Sicily. It all came full circle a few years ago in 2019, when I had the pleasure to assist and learn from Pastry Chef Mindy Gohr.  This apprenticeship ignited the spark and gave me the confidence to try out on my own and do the best to showcase my acquired skills.

My main objective is to share my passion for baking through my edible creations, by blending some aspects of the well-known refined Italian pastry traditions and influential American desserts for everyone to enjoy. We offer a variety of desserts and pastries ranging from tiramisu, cannoli, panna cotta to custom decorated sugar cookies, cake pops, custom cakes and more. Everything is made in-house, from scratch by using the finest and freshest ingredients available. Also, a vast majority of the pastries are made low-sugar and mindful of dietary restriction, when requested.
